Key Responsibilities:

• Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients needs
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team creating life-changing outcomes for patients
• Build strong relationships with patients their families and the community

What Were Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
• Experience in acute care long-term care or rehabilitation is a bonus but not required!
