Duties:
- Patient assessment: evaluating conditions mobility strength and pain levels. Reviewing medical history and collaborating with other team members. Identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
- Treatment planning: develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on diagnosis and team input. Set short and long- term goals. Adjust plans depending on patient progress and interdisciplinary recommendations.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide exercise therapy manual treatment and modalities.
- Patient and Family education: teach patients proper exercises and injury prevention strategies. Educate families on supporting recovery and committing to prescribed plan of care. Promote long-term health and independence.
- Monitoring and Documentation: Track patient progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical records to be completed prior to end of shift. Modify interventions based on results and team feedback.
Qualifications:
- license in NJ
- Multidisciplinary experience a plus but we will consider recent grads
Schedule:
- Full time (Mon-Friday)
