Job Summary

Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient Clinic

Location: Fort Worth TX 76244
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift Full-Time
Hours: Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
Schedule: MondayThursday 9-Hour Shifts Friday 4-Hour Shift Flexible Start Times

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Pelvic Health to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate will be fully independent in clinical practice and capable of delivering high-quality patient-centered therapy services with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Occupational Therapist License required.

  • Current BLS Certification required.

  • Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient hospital experience within the last 3 years required.

  • Pelvic Health experience required.

  • Ability to work independently without clinical mentorship.

  • Strong patient evaluation treatment planning and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

  • Provide specialized pelvic health therapy services.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

  • Perform evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional outcomes.

  • Document patient evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries accurately.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members.

  • Educate patients on therapy plans exercises and home programs.

  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines safety standards and documentation requirements.

  • Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Independently manage clinical decision-making and patient treatment plans.
