OTR Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities independence and quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with nursing therapy team members and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
