Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland Missouri.

As an Occupational Therapist you will help patients improve their independence and ability to participate in everyday activities through individualized skilled therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions
• Address functional mobility ADLs strength coordination cognition and other occupational performance needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence
• Collaborate with physicians nursing therapy staff and other members of the care team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
