38 Hours Guaranteed
5x8 Shifts
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a supportive rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Provide occupational therapy services to improve mobility strength and daily living skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and rehabilitation goals
Maintain accurate patient documentation and therapy records
Requirements:
Active South Dakota OT license required
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills required
Ability to work independently and as part of a rehabilitation team
New graduates may be considered
