As a valued member of our clinical teamyou will:

• Evaluate patients functional abilities and occupational therapy needs within their home environment
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving meaningful goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive training to improve daily function
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety mobility and activities of daily living
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications that support independence
• Collaborate closely with physicians nurses physical therapists speech therapists caregivers and family members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes

Were seeking someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
