ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A well-established and growing healthcare organization in New York is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join its outpatient team in Brooklyn. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package consistent scheduling and a collaborative clinical environment.

SCHEDULE
Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions targeting fine motor skills strength coordination and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Treat patients recovering from injury surgery and neurological or orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Deliver patient-centered care within a supportive outpatient environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Experience in an outpatient or clinical setting; pediatric and adult backgrounds both considered
- Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
