PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)

What Youll Do:
- Provide OT services in a skilled nursing setting to support functional independence
- Address challenges in cognition motor skills vision and daily living tasks.
- Use evidence-based interventions to improve safety and performance.
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary rehab team
Requirements:
- Tennessee OT license
- Flexible reliable and team-oriented
- SNF and Medicare experience a plus
