Always Best Care is expanding our skilled home health services and is seeking a compassionate motivated Occupational Therapist to assist with initial evaluations and patient care as our skilled census continues to grow. This position is ideal for an OT who is currently employed full-time and interested in earning additional income through flexible PRN or part-time work or for someone seeking a part-time schedule with the possibility of increased hours as business needs evolve.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients homes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Help support the continued growth and development of our skilled home health program.

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Mexico.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance.

• Ability to work independently while delivering compassionate patient-centered care.
