Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Bellaire MI.
This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for flexible as-needed work while providing meaningful therapy to patients in a supportive setting.
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled treatment based on each patients functional needs and goals
- Help patients improve independence with daily activities
- Address strength coordination cognition positioning mobility and functional skills
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
- Communicate with patients families and members of the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed
- Supervise OTA services in accordance with applicable requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required
