What Youll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to maximize independence and function
Address ADLs mobility safety awareness and adaptive equipment needs
Collaborate with physicians care teams residents and families
Maintain accurate documentation billing and discharge planning
Educate patients caregivers and staff to support positive outcomes
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active state Occupational Therapist license
Strong communication clinical reasoning and patient-centered care skills
