Occupational Therapist (OTR) PRN
Location: Georgetown OH
Schedule: PRN 19 hours per week and/or as needed
Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Georgetown OH.
What Youll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor progress.
- Educate patients families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred but not required.
