Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to become part of our therapy team in the Ingham MI area.

As an Occupational Therapist you will:

• Evaluate patients and identify functional goals
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
• Help patients improve independence with everyday activities
• Track progress and modify treatment based on patient response
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Provide guidance and supervision to OTAs as applicable
• Build positive relationships with patients families and caregivers

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organized dependable and patient-focused approach
• Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus
