Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1500 Sign-On Bonus
Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL.
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing - Avondale you will foster each childs sensory processing and integration motor coordination fine motor development and independence through:
- Providing individualized and group therapy
- Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) and reflex integration
- Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Total Compensation: $ which includes:
- $1500 Sign-on Bonus
- Competitive Salary: $72000-$85000
