We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our residential services team.

Make a Meaningful Impact

As an Occupational Therapist youll help individuals with developmental and physical disabilities improve their daily functioning independence and quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions and support.

Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to individuals in residential programs

Develop and implement treatment plans focused on:

• Sensorimotor rehabilitation
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training
• Fine motor development
• Range of motion and therapeutic exercises

Assess fine motor perceptual motor and sensorimotor functioning

Establish and monitor therapeutic goals and progress

Collaborate with individuals families advocates and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records

Consult on adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs

Supervise OT Assistants students and volunteers as needed

• Bachelors or Masters Degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication clinical and organizational skills
• Passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence and success
