We are seeking two skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join an Acute Care and Outpatient setting in Turlock. These roles offer the opportunity to work across both acute and outpatient environments helping patients regain independence and improve functional abilities following illness injury surgery or medically complex conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians nurses therapists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide individualized patient-centered care across a diverse patient population. Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical cognitive and functional limitations in acute care and outpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) fine motor skills coordination and functional mobility techniques
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to improve independence and safety
Collaborate with physicians nurses therapists case managers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
Requirements
Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in California
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
01 year of experience welcome (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Experience or clinical exposure in acute care outpatient rehabilitation orthopedic neurological or medically complex patient populations is a plus
Strong communication collaboration and patient care skills
