Schedule:

  • Monday Thursday: 9-hour shifts
  • Friday: 4-hour shift
Position Overview

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves working alongside a pelvic health specialist and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate must be confident working independently and possess strong clinical expertise in pelvic health therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Deliver specialized care focused on pelvic health therapy
  • Assess plan and implement individualized treatment programs
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Manage caseload independently without the need for supervision or mentorship
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in a hospital outpatient setting
  • Proven pelvic health experience with ability to work independently
  • Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
Licensure & Certifications
  • Active Texas State Occupational Therapist License
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association required)
Education Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
