Join our Family-Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) team as a Physical Therapist where every day is an opportunity to help infants and toddlers reach exciting developmental milestones through play movement and family partnerships.

In this role youll:

• Work with families and caregivers to support infants and toddlers in building strength mobility and confidence through fun developmentally appropriate activities.
• Provide coaching education and encouragement to parents and caregivers to empower them to support their childs growth through every day routines.
• Share your expertise in motor development assistive technology and individualized interventions
• Provide consultation to other team members
• Conduct multidisciplinary developmental assessments and collaborate with families to create individualized plans that celebrate each childs unique strengths and goals.
• Serve as a dedicated service coordinator ensuring each childs Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP) is carried out through seamless collaboration and communication among families and providers.
• Be part of a supportive transdisciplinary team thats passionate about helping children reach meaningful milestones during their most important years of development.

• Share your expertise in sensory processing and integration to help children navigate their world with confidence.

• Conduct multidisciplinary developmental assessments and collaborate with families to create individualized plans that celebrate each childs unique strengths and goals.

Qualifications for PT

Education and Experience

Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited college or university program (Bachelors Masters or clinical Doctorate

Current State of New Hampshire license in Physical Therapy

Valid drivers license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours

Professional experience working with young children and their families

Up to date COVID-19 vaccination

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to master new

software

Demonstrated ability to establish rapport develop and maintain strong respectful working relationships with very

young children families FCESS staff and state and regional colleagues

Strong knowledge of early childhood motor development both typical and atypical

Working knowledge of early childhood development across all areas of development including cognitive language

adaptive/self-help social-emotional gross and fine motor development

Understanding of best practice relative to home visiting and FCESS services

Ability to work independently and as part of a trans-disciplinary team

Ability to work in hybrid environment (In-person and Telehealth)

Working knowledge of NH FCESS

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and commitment

Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

Demonstrate creative innovative thinking and problem solving

Interact effectively with people of varied educational socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds skill levels and value

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications For OT

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters degree preferred

Current NH licensure to practice occupational therapy

Ability to work in hybrid environment (In-person and Telehealth)

Working knowledge of NH FCESS

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and commitment
