We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week rapid response contract opportunity in King City California. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient therapy services with an estimated 50/50 workload split and requires strong clinical reasoning patient care documentation and adaptability for a variable schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy services based on patient needs
Support patients with ADLs functional mobility strength coordination safety and independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
Document therapy services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
Active California Occupational Therapist License Required
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
Inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy experience required
Pediatric experience preferred; must be available for variable schedule including weekends and holiday coverage
