Day Shift/8 hour shifts 5 shifts/week Full time0800-1630 (* option for 7:30 or 8:30 start times)Education and Work Experience:Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign years occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
