• Provide evaluations to determine patient needs goals and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence safety and performance in daily activities.
• Implement therapeutic interventions addressing ADLs IADLs strength coordination cognition and functional mobility.
• Fabricate fit or recommend adaptive equipment and provide patient/caregiver training on its use.
• Document evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient-centered care.
• Supervise and mentor COTAs and guide their contributions to patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on strategies home programs and safety practices to support ongoing progress.
• Participate in team meetings case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive collaborative team culture.

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
• Current Wyoming OT license or eligibility upon graduation.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and functional outcomes.
• Experience in rural healthcare or interest in serving rural communities.
• Comfort supervising and collaborating with COTAs.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
