Compensation:Hourly rate scaled precisely to your years of experience:

  • New Graduate:$35.77 / hour
  • 1 YOE:$37.56 / hour
  • 23 YOE:$39.35 / hour
  • 45 YOE:$41.13 / hour
  • 67 YOE:$42.92 / hour
  • 910 YOE:$44.71 / hour
  • 12 YOE:$49.18 / hourSign-On Bonus:None
    Relocation Assistance:Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting Local job in Pensacola FL.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients functional capabilities limitations and personal goals to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence mobility and quality of life.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans home exercise programs and recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians physical therapists speech therapists case managers nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support safe transitions of care and discharge planning.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to therapy assistants and students when applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1years of Occupational Therapy experience.
  • Experience in acute care rehabilitation or inpatient therapy settings.
  • Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
  • Highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
