Therapist (OT)

$80 per routine visit

Annual salary option: $110000$120000 (based on caseload)

$60 per visit

Flexible per diem scheduling

Build and manage your own caseload

One-on-one patient care in patients homes

Supportive clinical and administrative team

As an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant youll help patients improve their ability to safely perform everyday activities while promoting independence in the home environment.

Deliver occupational therapy services in patients homes

Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits

Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT)

Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA)

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment

Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license

Minimum one year of clinical experience

Home health experience preferred but not required

Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

Comfortable with community outreach and educational presentations

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team

Were actively interviewing qualified Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
