Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Belle Fourche SD.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional mobility and ADLs
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and adaptive techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies safety standards and therapy protocols

Requirements
Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License required
Current BLS Certification required
Strong communication and patient care skills required
Ability to work independently and within a healthcare team
