Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a team in Alameda CA. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60-65 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client needs

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients speech language and communication skills

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals educators and family members to develop and implement treatment plans

- Monitor and document clients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve speech language and communication skills at home and in other settings

- Stay current with new research techniques and developments in the field of occupational therapy

- Maintain accurate and timely records of client evaluations treatment plans progress reports and billing information

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist

- Experience working with a diverse population

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication purposes
