Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Aitkin Minnesota. This role supports rehabilitation therapy services in a clinic-based setting helping patients improve function independence and quality of life through hands-on therapeutic care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve functional ability mobility and daily living skills
Support patients across outpatient home health long-term care or skilled nursing settings as assigned
Document patient progress treatment outcomes and care plan updates accurately
Collaborate with therapy teams providers patients and families to support rehabilitation goals
Requirements
Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
Occupational Therapist experience in rehab outpatient LTC SNF or home health preferred
Strong patient assessment treatment planning and documentation skills required
Must be available for Monday Friday daytime schedule with flexibility as needed
Ability to provide compassionate hands-on therapy focused on restoring function and independence required
