Location: Urbana IL
Work Location: 611 W. Park St Urbana IL
Pay Rate:$80.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapy services serve as a role model in the delivery of professional care and act as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients of all ages to determine occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
