Were currently looking for an Occasional Babysitter in Millcreek UT 84124
A wonderful family near Holladay is seeking an occasional babysitter for their two children ages 3 and 4 with an immediate start. Care is needed 14 times per month most often on Fridays and Saturdays between 4:00pm10:00pm with occasional weekday evening needs (MondayThursday). On some Fridays the caregiver may need to arrive by 1:00pm to pick up the familys 4-year-old from kindergarten at 1:30pm (10-minute drive using the familys vehicle). The family can typically provide 12 weeks notice. Those applying do not need to be available for every request but should understand that this position offers no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities
- Drive children (family vehicle provided)
- Prepare simple meals and snacks
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities including outdoor play parks and the library
- Assist with bedtime routine
- Light tidying related to the children
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
- Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and valid auto insurance
- Must speak English
Compensation
This position pays $18-$22 per hour and the family is looking for intermittent care as needed.
