Overview

St. Marys Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our dedicated womens health team. As a vital part of our multidisciplinary healthcare program you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings making a meaningful impact on our patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform deliveries and manage prenatal perinatal and postnatal care.
• Conduct gynecologic surgeries including minimally invasive procedures utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgery System.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including anesthesiologists pediatricians and primary care physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling ensuring patients and families understand their health and treatment options.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
• Stay current with emerging treatments and advancements in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Engage in community outreach and education programs to promote womens health.

Qualifications:

Required Credentials - Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York

Preferred Experience - Experience with robotic surgery or advanced surgical techniques is preferred but not required.

Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution

Skills - Strong clinical diagnostic and patient-centered empathetic communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range - $350K $415K (commensurate with experience).
• Competitive compensation package including base salary sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity.
