Part-time/twice-monthly coverage after JanuaryPrimarily based at Henry Ford St. JohnLevel III NICUVolume: L&D/inpatient volume 0-5 patients/day; averaging 2Approximately 3000 deliveries annuallyMFM service supports both high- and low-risk obstetric patientsReason for coverage: 1 provider leavingPotential coverage at Henry Ford Warren as needed - This will be Outpatient only with Tues/Thurs half day.1 Sonographer 1 machine up to 8 ultrasounds/dayHigh-Risk Resident Clinic - half-day per week typically 4-7 patientsSchedule:MondayFriday 8:00 AM6:00 PM Nightly Call Coverage weekdays 24 hour call coverage weekends (includes phone consults)In-house weekday coverage across outpatient ultrasound and inpatient consult needsAfter January: anticipated recurring coverage approximately twice monthly:In-house ThursdayFridayCall SaturdaySundayPlease note: Call back is very minimal (1/call shift if any)Clinical Responsibilities:Review/round on inpatient maternal-fetal medicine patients with residentsProvide inpatient consults and phone consultations; in-person evaluation available when clinically neededSupervise residents in high-risk OB clinic at Warren as neededInterpret/manage ultrasound services and related consults- locum is expected to interpret ultrasoundsNo delivery coverage GYN surgery or GYN call coverage expectedRequired Procedures:AmniocentesisCerclage including rescue cerclageExternal cephalic version (ECV)Preferred Procedures:Chorionic villus sampling (CVS)Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 DaysCertification RequirementsBoard CertifiedState License RequirementsMichigan
