Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities

  • Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements; initiates plan of care
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional psychological and spiritual support to patients friends and families
  • Promotes patients independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient friends and family to understand condition medications and self-care skills; answering questions
  • Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing divisions philosophies and standards of care set by board of nursing state nurse practice act and other governing agency regulations
  • Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols medication administration and storage procedures and controlled substance regulations

**We are offering a $20000 sign-on incentive to new hires that meet the eligibility requirements**

Job Requirements

  • Associate Of Nursing Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Registered Nurse Licensed by the state of North Dakota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) to be obtained within 12 - months of start date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) to be obtained within 12 - months of start date
  • Stable Program to be obtained within 12 - months of start date


Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Nursing achelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • One (1) year of experience in the discipline
