O2C Program Manager, Strategic Segment, AWS Order To Cash (O2C)

The AWS FinOps Accounts Receivable (AR) team is seeking a self-driven O2C Program Manager with a strong owners mindset and relentless customer advocacy to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for AWS Strategic Accounts.

AWS Strategic Accounts represent some of the most complex and high-value customer relationships in the world. This role will be at the center of managing receivables resolving payment issues and driving a frictionless O2C experience for these customers while partnering closely with Sales Finance Tech Legal and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is strategic and detail oriented with strong interpersonal and influencing skills deep program management acumen and the ability to leverage data analytics to drive decisions and process improvements across global teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end O2C program strategy for AWS Strategic Accounts including policy procedures and tooling while also owning O2C mechanisms for loss mitigation programs (e.g. non-payment suspension usage restriction) dedicating 30% of time to these broader initiatives.
- Establish and drive the rhythm of business (MBRs QBRs) including goal tracking performance reporting and leadership communications.
- Hold matrixed oversight of 50 AR analysts globally influencing priorities SOPs and operational standards without direct line management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Billing Cash Applications Finance and Legal to identify and resolve systemic O2C barriers impacting customer experience and cash flow.
- Collaborate with Business Partnership (BP) org on upstream process improvement playing an enablement role with Service Centers and influencing prioritization of key initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics and AI/GenAI tools to build dashboards surface trends develop insights and drive scalable data-driven action plans.
- Prioritize and lead program/project initiatives from initiation through execution and change management identifying the highest-impact opportunities to improve cash flow and customer experience.
- Accountable for meeting segment-level AR past due reduction goals; translate goals into operational priorities and track progress.
- Present program strategies risk assessments and performance updates to senior AWS leadership.

A day in the life
Managing O2C for AWS Strategic Accounts means balancing executive-level customer relationships with deep analytical work. Your day spans investigating escalated payment issues partnering with Sales Finance Legal and Tech stakeholders and building scalable mechanisms that protect AWS cash flow. You will establish the rhythm of business running MBRs tracking goals and keeping 50 AR analysts aligned to segment priorities. You will also shape the O2C mechanisms behind AWS loss mitigation programs bringing the same program rigor to initiatives that drive loss avoidance at scale. You will be a trusted advisor translating data and AI-driven insights into action.

The AWS FinOps AR team manages Order-to-Cash operations across multiple customer segments globally. We are a team of analytically rigorous customer-obsessed professionals who partner with Sales Finance Legal Tech and Operations to optimize AWS cash flow while delivering a world-class customer experience. - Bachelors degree
- 6 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 6 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros pivots lookups) at an advanced level
- 6 years of experience identifying implementing and leading large-scale process improvement projects
- Experience leveraging AI and data analytics tools to analyze large datasets develop insights and drive action items

- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Masters degree (MBA or related discipline)
- - Experience with large-scale data querying and reporting tools (e.g. SQL Quicksight Redshift Athena Tableau)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
