Seven Hills Pediatric Center is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveNursing Staff Scheduling Coordinatorto manage daily weekly and long-term staffing schedules for our clinical team. This includes nursing supervisors nurses CNAs and Unit Assistants. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal staffing levels that meet resident needs regulatory standards and facility goalswhile supporting staff well-being in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Pay: $25-27/hour

- Develop and maintain 4-week staffing plans and daily staffing sheets.
- Ensure staffing aligns with resident census acuity and compliance standards.
- Adjust schedules for absences callouts and time-off requests.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and employee health to forecast staffing needs.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires with Staff Development.
- Maintain accurate records of staff availability preferences and commitments.
- Minimize overtime and resolve staffing inconsistencies.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffing gaps.
- Assist with payroll/HRIS updates and monitor staff clocked hours.
- Communicate staffing issues to ADON DON and nursing supervisors.
- Provide limited administrative support to the medical team.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma GED or HiSET required. Associates degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- 13 years of related experience required; 2 years in healthcare scheduling or administration preferred.
- Standard drivers license (Class C or D).
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong organizational communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with long-term care hospital or pediatric settings is a plus.
