Nursing Resource Coordinator Scheduler

As the nursing resource coordinator you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks including:

• ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facilitys nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget and census
• tracking attendance time card corrections and changes in positions
• completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues
• working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives
• back up for HI
• other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule Details:

Required Qualifications:

• high school education or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required
