Time: 10am - 6pm

Starting LPN Pay Rate: $32/hr

Starting RN Pay Rate: $38/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $3000 - $6000 (depending on schedule status)

About the Role

As an IDD Nurse (LPN or RN) you will provide direct nursing care and clinical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe effective and individualized care plans that support each persons unique needs.

Responsibilities may include medication administration health assessments care coordination documentation and support during behavioral or medical needs.

Ideal Candidates:

• Licensed LPN or RN (active and in good standing)

• Passion for serving individuals with IDD and complex needs

• Strong clinical judgment documentation and communication skills

• Experience in IDD group homes behavioral health or long-term care (preferred but not required)

• Compassionate patient-centered and team-oriented mindset
