Weekly Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week ( Monday-Friday) Hybrid Role

What You Will Do:

The Nurse Educator develops and provides education on clinical processes and skills for adult pediatric and infusion care in the home. This role is focused on strengthening onboarding and promoting evidence-based practice across Johns Hopkins Care at Home. Key priorities of this role include accelerating new nurse orientation through simulation standardizing just-in-time and annual skill education and serving as a trainer for clinical processes and documentation. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet learners where they are.

• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required)
• Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience (Required)

Salary Range: Minimum 43.61/hour - Maximum 67.59/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
