Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed not-for-profit community-based hospital in Bethesda Maryland. Suburban Hospital is a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine and has served Montgomery County and the surrounding area for more than 65 years. The designated trauma center for Montgomery County Suburban Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has earned ANCC Magnet Recognition for nursing excellence.

What You Will Do:

The Nursing Coordinator oversees and coordinates nursing services to ensure safe efficient and patientcentered care. Serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff supports care planning and staffing activities and facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams. Monitors patient flow quality and safety metrics and compliance with regulatory standards and implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Who Should Apply:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in nursing (Required)
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR Upon Hire (Required)
• Five (5) years of nursing experience required.

Salary Range: Minimum 57.56/hour - Maximum 89.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
