Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Evenings

Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week

Hiring Range: $18.74-$25.07/hr.

Starting Rate: $20.61/hr.

The posted pay range contains shift differentials.

• Weekday evening shift - additional 10%
• Weekday night shift - an additional 15%
• Weekend day shift an additional 10%
• Weekend evening & night shifts an additional 21%

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:
Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
Assists patients with tending to personal care activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
Reports findings or changes in physical mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assures resident safety by identifying safetyhazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.

Education:
High School Diploma/GED required or minimum of three (3) years experience required

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• NurseAidecredentialedfromtheNewYorkDepartmentofHealth-NurseAideRegistryobtainedwithin ninety (90) days of hire.
