About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on experienced Nursing Assistant to provide essential care and support to our residents. This role is perfect for a compassionate and reliable individual who takes pride in helping others live their best lives.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver essential daily nursing care and services ensuring each residents personal needs and wishes are met with dignity and respect.
  • Safety and Well-being: Actively monitor residents conditions promptly reporting any changes incidents or injuries to the Director of Nursing or Resident Care Coordinator to ensure immediate and appropriate care.
  • Personal Assistance: Support residents with daily tasks including hygiene dressing and mobility such as turning lifting and transporting them safely.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with routine activities like feeding residents answering call bells and participating in nursing reports to stay updated on care plans and resident status.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Uphold established safety protocols including proper use of equipment and infection control procedures to ensure a clean and secure living space for all residents.
Qualifications

What Were Looking For

  • One (1) year experience preferred.
  • CNA/HCA/Nursing Assistant License or Certification.
  • Valid CPR/First aid card.
