A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support daily operations across perioperative patient care services. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support for perioperative nursing teams

• Assist with daily staffing coordination and schedule management

• Support onboarding orientation and ongoing development of nursing staff

• Participate in recruitment interviewing and employee performance evaluations

• Monitor department workflows to ensure safe efficient and patient-centered care

• Promote compliance with clinical standards policies and patient safety initiatives

• Collaborate with leadership to support departmental planning and operational goals

• Coordinate patient transitions throughout the surgical care continuum

• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and assist with complex patient care situations as needed

• Support quality improvement initiatives and staff engagement efforts

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Previous clinical nursing experience required

• Prior leadership charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred

• Experience in perioperative procedural critical care or recovery settings preferred

• Strong communication organizational and team development skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of patient care
