Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations patient care quality and staff performance in a hospital setting. The role involves leadership across Med/Surg units ensuring safe efficient and high-quality patient care delivery.
- Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
- Monitor patient care quality and compliance standards
- Work with nurse managers on performance improvement initiatives
- Address staffing scheduling and operational needs
- Assist with corrective actions and staff performance management
- Develop systems for tracking medication errors and counseling
- Ensure adherence to patient safety and quality protocols
- Promote patient-centered care practices
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and DON
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active New York RN License
- Minimum 7 years nursing experience
- At least 5 years in supervisory or leadership role
- BLS Certification required
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
