Schedule: Monday Friday with 1 weekend shift per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Hours: 7 hours/day 35 hours/week

Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor patient care performance and assess units with nurse managers.
- Communicate and assist with corrective action plans when needed.
- Develop record-keeping systems for medication errors and counseling documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- ADON experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
- Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
Certifications & Licensure
- Active RN License.
- NYSED Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration.
- BLS Certification required.
