Job Summary
Resource Pool 7pm-7am
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment Planning Nursing Diagnosis Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care critical pathways established SRH ECC and Nursing Policies Procedures & Protocols and Standards of Care. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serve as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work related issues. Perform any other job-related duties as requested by Department Director Manager ECC Supervisor or Lead/Charge Nurse.
Job Qualifications:
Associate of Nursing Degree required
Complete initial competencies as defined (De-Escalation course ACLS PALS or ENPC TNCC NIMS 100 &
700) NIH Stroke certification all within 12 months of hire).
