The Rose de Lima Campus a 10-bed hospital in Henderson offers emergency services diagnostic imaging and limited inpatient care serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay. As a Nurse Shift Manager youll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in acute care LTC or nursing homes adds tremendous value to our nursing team.

To thrive in this role you need to be accountable and confident. Youre an excellent communicator in 1:1 interactions and in front of groups. Its also important for you to be comfortable holding tough conversations as you are responsible for the performance of your people and your unit.
- Supervises nursing staff assigned to a particular shift. Assigns patients to available nursing staff taking into consideration the patients condition and the employees skill level.
- Assesses monitors and educates the nursing staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.
- Anticipates staffing needs and moves proactively to respond to them.
- Oversees stocking of supplies and updating patient records to ensure that the nursing floor is ready for subsequent shifts.

- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
- Registered Nurse: NV
- American Heart Association
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
