We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Rehab team on a PRN basis. We are looking for PRN nurses who are available and flexible to help support staffing needs across all shifts.

• PRN
• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
• Weekend and shift differential pay available
• PRN requirement: minimum of 2 shifts per pay period (every 2 weeks)

In this role you will provide nursing care and oversight within our Rehab unit supporting residents recovering from surgery illness or hospitalization. Youll work closely with CNAs therapy teams and fellow nurses to ensure residents receive excellent clinical care while maintaining comfort dignity and safety.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys relationship-based care in a smaller supportive rehab setting while maintaining schedule flexibility.

• Provide nursing care and oversight for rehab residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates appropriately
• Collaborate with therapy staff CNAs and the interdisciplinary team
• Document care accurately and thoroughly
• Respond to resident needs incidents and emergencies as needed
• Support infection control and safety standards
• Help create a positive supportive environment for residents and families

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in rehab skilled nursing long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Passion for working with older adults
• Must be dependable and available to work scheduled PRN shifts as needed
