Nurse (RN LPN) Part-Time 1st Shift

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare team on 1st shift. This part-time position provides nursing support in our Rehab and Memory Care areas with a strong focus on clinical excellence and resident-centered care.

Part-Time 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

• Every other Saturday & Sunday Rehab
• Every Friday Memory Care
• Consistent set schedule

In this role you will provide nursing care and oversight while promoting the health safety and well-being of our residents. Youll monitor changes in condition administer medications and treatments communicate with residents families and interdisciplinary team members and help ensure exceptional resident care.

• Provide nursing care and oversight to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Document care accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents families physicians and team members
• Respond to resident needs incidents and emergencies
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Support infection control and safety standards

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous experience in rehab memory care skilled nursing assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• A passion for working with older adults
