Make a Difference Every Day as a Residential Nurse
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm-11:00 pm

As a Residential Nurse youll play a key role in supporting the health and wellness of residents in our Transitional Services program. Youll provide compassionate nursing care coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and help create a safe supportive environment that fosters hope stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care including assessments medication administration and monitoring residents physical and mental health
  • Manage medications safely and accurately including documentation controlled substances and patient education
  • Coordinate care with staff families physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition and respond appropriately to emergencies
  • Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures and provide guidance to new staff on protocols
  • Participate in team and leadership meetings and support a positive mission-driven care environment
  • Engage with residents through individual or group activities to promote wellness and skill development
  • Perform other duties as assigned including lifting equipment or residents when needed

Requirements Skills Knowledge and Expertise

High School/GED required
Practical Nursing certificate or Associate/Bachelors degree in Nursing required

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
LPN RN or GPN/GN must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
