Job Summary
Make a Difference Every Day as a Residential Nurse
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm-11:00 pm
- Provide direct nursing care including assessments medication administration and monitoring residents physical and mental health
- Manage medications safely and accurately including documentation controlled substances and patient education
- Coordinate care with staff families physicians and other healthcare providers
- Observe and report changes in resident condition and respond appropriately to emergencies
- Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures and provide guidance to new staff on protocols
- Participate in team and leadership meetings and support a positive mission-driven care environment
- Engage with residents through individual or group activities to promote wellness and skill development
- Perform other duties as assigned including lifting equipment or residents when needed
Practical Nursing certificate or Associate/Bachelors degree in Nursing required
LPN RN or GPN/GN must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
