Responsibilities Will Include:
- Screening and hiring the most skilled and reliable nurses for our clients aligned with company hiring goals.
- Supervising a candidate through the early stages of the hiring process including scheduling and conducting interviews overseeing background checks.
- Recognizing that our field staff is our foundation and acting as a liaison between them and management to advocate for the most positive work environment.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining effective ads that best reflect the opportunities our company can offer employees.
- Engaging effectively with interested jobseekers through multiple social media community and hiring platforms.
- Assisting with the hiring of administrative staff thats best suited to our companys growth and vision.
- Other challenging and necessary duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to make our job candidates feel welcome and important from the moment you first contact them.
- Flexibility and organizational skills to reach the largest pool of talented applicants to successfully fill our nursing positions.
- High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 1-year minimum experience recruiting preferably healthcare related
- 1-year minimum experience using a recruiting CTS
- Must have extensive knowledge in Word Excel Office 365.
