What Youll Do
Provide high-quality primary care services while collaborating with Physicians and the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes. This role delivers preventive diagnostic and therapeutic care promotes patient education and ensures accurate clinical documentation. The position also contributes to quality improvement efforts and supports a safe efficient and patient-centered environment.
- Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
- Order review and communicate diagnostic and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on wellness treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.

- Active Colorado licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Current DEA licensure and NCCPA certification for Physician Assistant candidates.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program; Masters degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in an APP role and at least 1-year experience in Family Medicine or similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with patients providers and staff.
- Ability to maintain quality standards and become proficient in required clinical and healthcare software systems within six months of hire.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
